Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation • Bookings must be made through our online booking system. • A booking is confirmed once payment is processed, and you receive a confirmation email. Payment • Full payment is required to secure your place in a class. • Payments can be made using the available methods on the booking page. Cancellation Policy • By You: To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for a full refund. If less than 12 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of booking fee. Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion. • By Us: If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tutor illness), you will be notified promptly. You can reschedule or receive a full refund. Rescheduling • To reschedule a class, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. • Reschedules are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your booking may be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. No Shows • If you do not attend the class and fail to inform us, no refund will be offered. Class Duration • The duration of each class is one hour unless listed otherwise in the booking system. Please arrive on time, as classes will not be extended beyond the scheduled time. Participation • By booking a class, you agree to participate in the activities or lessons, following the tutor’s guidelines and World of Education policies. Class Content and Materials • Class materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed without permission. Age Requirements • Some classes have age restrictions.
